This position provides direct program delivery of goal focused training and support for INS children and youth who are experiencing mental health issues/challenging behaviour in home and community of Dawson Creek/Chetwynd/or Tumbler Ridge.

Program delivery involves the provision support services that maintain or improve the social development, relationships, vocational and independent living skills, behavioral and mental health of individuals who, for a variety of reasons may require support services. Services will be delivered ensuring the supports are aligned with our agency Mission, Philosophy, Vision, and Guiding Principles.

This position will implement support services for children, youth and families using a social development model and interdisciplinary approach. Support Services are tailored to the special needs and unique needs of Individuals receiving services. Support Services will be delivered with dignity and in a respectful manner.

Embracing the concepts of the Circle of Courage Model are an integral component of this service (Belonging, Mastery of Skill, Independence, and Generosity).
