How are we doing?

We're committed to providing a high quality of support services that are transparent to our stakeholders and cost-effective for our funders.


We strive for a positive and collaborative relationship with the individuals we support; families; community agencies; and our funders.

We would love to hear from you on what's working and how we can do better.

This isn't a way to contact us, though. 

We can't respond to all feedback individually, so if you have any questions about our services, or you need help to resolve a problem, please contact us.

This form is for any who's worked directly with such as agencies, employers, and also community members who've observed our services.

We measure all that we do by our guiding principles: belonging and teamwork, competence and integrity, high quality of life, community, respect and acceptance.
